Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 9, 2026
This notice explains how Kadacall handles information submitted through its clinic request form and through the KadaCall receptionist service.
What we collect
For clinic requests, we collect the first name, mobile number, optional clinic name, consent choice, and form source needed to respond. For receptionist calls, we collect only information needed to handle the call, create the requested appointment or staff handoff, and maintain the service.
How we use it
We use clinic-request information to respond to interest in KadaCall and maintain a record of consent. We use receptionist-call information to provide the clinic's requested call handling, appointment, and staff-handoff service. We do not use the clinic request form to collect patient information.
Call recording and quality assurance
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and service improvement. Callers are informed at the start of a recorded call. Routine recordings are deleted after 30 days. An authorized QA reviewer may tag a recording for a specific quality or service issue and retain it for up to 90 days, after which it is deleted.
Access and clinic control
Access to call information and recordings is limited to authorized clinic staff and authorized KadaCall QA staff who need it to provide or review the service. The clinic remains responsible for its patient relationship and appointment records.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell this information. We limit access to authorized people and retain it only as long as needed for the stated purpose, under the recording rules above, or as required by law.
Your choices
You may withdraw consent or ask about clinic-request information by replying to a Kadacall call or text, or by submitting a new request through this website with your instruction. Patients should use the clinic's usual contact channel for requests about their appointment or call information.
Philippine privacy principles
Kadacall is designed to collect only information relevant to the stated request and to explain that purpose in plain language. Each clinic's production setup should be reviewed with its privacy adviser before launch.
